Take a Step Toward Better Health
Walk to improve your health. Just 30 minutes of walking a day can reduce your risk of heart disease, improve blood pressure and blood sugar, elevate mood, and reduce the risk of osteoporosis, cancer, and diabetes. Join cardiologists on a monthly walk to improve your health, learn about important health topics, and meet new friends interested in improving their health with you. You’ll get to spend time with physicians, get to know them, and ask medical questions in an informal, relaxed, and fun way!
Lace up your sneakers, and join us from 8 -10 am each month – rain or shine. The 1-mile walk will begin at Troy’s Farmers Market, downtown Troy (You may even want to try two loops! ).
It’s fun, it’s free and open to everyone rain or shine!
